"TNF-mediated synaptic plasticity in the response to stress and reward"
Abstract :
TNF-mediated change in synaptic strength is an important part of the circuit and behavioural changes induced by acute stress and by drugs of abuse. Using electrophysiology and behavioural assays, we have characterized the contribution of TNF signaling to experience-dependent behavioural change.
